Ordering from Hygge

Ordering a product from us is very simple. Below are step by step instructions which give you alll the information you should need. If you are still having problems with any aspect of this website please do not hesitate to contact us by clicking here, or you can call us on +44 (0) 7946 710096.

  1. Click on 'Shop' in the navigation at the top of the page.
  2. This will take you to a list of product categories. Click the category that you would like to explore.
  3. To view an individual product click on the image, or to view more products click the 'next' button which is in the top right corner.
  4. You can view more images of your chosen product by clicking on the smaller thumbnail images under the main picture.
  5. To add a product to your basket, select the item from the drop-down menu to the right of the product image. Then select the quantity you would like and then click 'add to basket'.
  6. You will then be taken to your basket where you will be able to ammend quantities or remove any items that you may have added mistakenly. If you want to buy more products then just click 'continue shopping' at the bottom of the page.
  7. The price shown on the basket page is the price before the cost of post and packing. This cost is worked out according to the weight of your products and where you live. VAT will be deducted if you live outside of the EU.
  8. Click 'checkout' if you are happy to proceed with your purchase.
  9. You will now be taken to a page where you can tell us your shipping and billing address or if you have visited before you can log in to retreive these details.
  10. Once you have filled in your information click 'submit' at the bottom of the page.
  11. You will then be taken to a page which will show you the cost of postage. or you can choose to pick up your items from the shop. When you have made your choice click 'submit'.
  12. Now you will see the total cost of your purchase as well as your billing and shipping adresses. You have the option to change these here if you need to. When you are happy click 'submit'.
  13. The next page is the secure payment page. This page is hosted on a SECPay secure server (we do not keep your credit card details). Please enter your credit card details and click 'Authorise'.
  14. You will then be given details of your order number. Please make a note of this. You should receive an email detailing your order and approximate delivery times. If you do not receive an email from us detailing your order within half an hour of placing then please email us with the order number and we will investigate!
