When Will it Arrive?

It is our aim that you will receive most orders within 5 working days of placing your order, however you should allow longer during busy postal periods and International orders. We will contact you should we forsee any major delay in a delivery.

Our delivery charges are calculated by weight according to which country you live in (we think this is the fairest way). Most of our goods will be sent by Royal Mail first class post unless they are too heavy in which case they will be sent by Parcel Force.

Switch, Solo, Visa, Mastercard, Maestro

International Orders

We can only accept payment by credit card for International orders. Import duties may apply on receipt of the parcel and we have no control over this. VAT will be deducted at the time of order for those residing in countries outside the EU.

For customers in the U.S.A. we will post the items International signed for which requires a signature at the delivery address.
